Job Responsibilities

1.Teaching IB DP or A-Level English lesson for grade 9 to 12 students;

2.Working collaboratively with team members on lesson planning and curriculum mapping;

3.Fostering a stimulating and motivating classroom environment;

4.Delivering, as needed, efficient open class lessons to parents and visitors;

5.Supporting, in school events, english field trips, english competitions, etc;

6.Supervising students to achieve outstanding performance in academic writingassignments;

7.Participating in Professional Development workshops offered by the school;

8.Attending and actively participating in school meetings;

9.Assessing and documenting student progress using a variety of assessment tools and strategies;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker;

2.Bachelor Degree or above in english , education or other related areas;

3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or similar certification(QTS preferred);

4.Clear criminal background check;

5.Experience in teaching IB DP/AP/A-LEVEL/IGCSE curriculum is a plus.

Salary and Benefits

1.Base Salary 20,000 to 28,000 RMB per month;

2.Housing allowance 6,000 to 10,000 RMB per month;

3.Paid public holidays and extended winter holidays;
