Every day, one of my goals is to enjoy and appreciate my life in China. I do this by travelling throughout the country and making new friends or even by discovering new products at supermarket!  

"Could someone tell me if this wine is better than the toilet paper behind? "    

This funny question looks simple and stupid but it hides several doubts from my daily life that I am talking about. Some of these worries are about products at the supermarket and some of them are much deeper, like how to get close to someone or to travel to a new place. If you are not able to understand or to know what to buy, how can you understand the people? A simple task quickly becomes difficult. I really miss having a good chat with local people because the nicer the person the more difficult it is to communicate with. 

For this reason and the general uncertainty, I also worry about my students. The things I miss the most are the things I want my students to enjoy. That’s why I propose "Working as a team, walking together to Spain" is a tough mission full of responsibilities. My dear students are here fighting to master a language in order to survive and to enjoy life in Spain in much the same way that I am trying here in China. They are young warriors in this fight and they need me as much as I need them. We learn from each other when we compare our cultures, when we make fun of each other or even when we realize how different our own cultures can be. 

I wish that my students will not lose the qualities that make them who they are. Also it´s my duty to make them able to conquer any struggles that they may face. I can only imagine that the difficulties that I face in China will be very similar to the difficulties my students will face in Spain.
