If you want to authorize us to do the registration for you, please send us the following documents:

1.       护照照片页扫描件（我们会需要这页上的相关信息）

Photo page of your passport copy (we need the information on it)

2.       完整简历（包含手机号、邮箱地址、当前住址、学历专业，以及教学经验）

CV with detail information including cell phone number, email address, current address, degree and major, and your teaching experience.
